Rachel Joyce
Office Manager/Data Processor
Rachel works in the Data Management section of the Health Research and Information Division. She is involved in the compilation of HIPE data received from all acute hospitals, and the production of the HIPE National Files for the HSE and the Department of Health & Children. Rachel also provides administrative support for the Division.
Rachel joined the Health Research and Information Division in 2007. She holds a B.A. in History and Economics from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
In September 2011 Rachel was seconded to the secretariat of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council.
