Just Resilience and Adaptation in Ireland: Sectors and Regions

The energy and climate teams have secured funding from the Environmental Protection Agency to investigate the distribution of welfare loss associated with climate change impacts. This will involve a spatial analysis of welfare change arising from various climate impacts and an analysis of the policy options to best shield vulnerable households. Vulnerable economic sectors will also be explored using the I3E model. This work will help inform policy prioritisation with respect to climate change adaptation.
