Colm Larkin

Colm Larkin was a Research Assistant in the ESRI from 1971 until 1973. He was an official of the European Commission from 1974-2004, and was seconded by the Commission as special advisor in the Office of First and Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland from 1998-2001. He was a member of the board of the Economic Research Institute of Northern Ireland from 2004-10 and a Northern Ireland Human Rights Commissioner from 2007-10. In 2010 he began working for the Central Bank on EU and International Policy.
