David Sapsford

David Sapsford was a Research Officer with the ESRI between 1978 and 1980. Subsequently, he has held positions as Lecturer and Professor in Economics in the University of East Anglia, University of Tasmania, Australia, Lancaster University, University of Liverpool and he has also been Research Economist with the International Monetary Fund, Washington D.C.
