Gerard (Joe) Griffin

Gerard (Joe) Griffin was awarded a Research Fellowship from the ESRI (1976-1977) to study at the University of Pennsylvania. He was awarded a fellowship from the University of Melbourne where he studied for a PhD in 1981. He was Professor of Industrial Relations and Director of the ARC-funded National Key Centre in Industrial Relations at Monash University. He joined the University of Southern Australia in 2004 and is currently the Pro Vice Chancellor, Division of Business. His management portfolio includes the Schools of Commerce, Management, Marketing, Law and the International Graduate School of Business.
