Mackenzie Owens

Mackenzie has joined the ESRI as a summer intern within the Economic Analysis Division working with the telecommunications team. She is in her final semester to complete her MSc. in Applied Economics from University College Dublin (UCD). Prior to UCD, Mackenzie completed her BA in Applied Economics and International Relations at Ursinus College, minoring in Spanish and Latin American Studies. Her prior research has focused on Chinese investment in Latin America, and her research for the summer will be focusing on mobile phone ownership among the youth in Ireland.
