This is the third of a series of independent peer review reports of the ESRI. It contains the findings and recommendations of an independent group of leading figures in the policy and research domains.
The panel brought both national and international perspectives to the task of assessing the ESRI. The work of the panel was undertaken in the latter half of 2022. Previous reviews of the ESRI were undertaken in 2010 and 2016.
