PIONEERED: Pioneering policies and practices tackling educational inequalities in Europe
This three-year Horizon 2020 project, financed by the European Commission, led by the University of Luxemburg, looks at educational inequalities from early childhood to higher education. It aims to analyse the drivers of such inequalities and to identify pioneering policies and practices that address them at national and school levels. The study adopts an intersectional approach to analysing inequality, looking at how social background, gender and ethnicity interact to shape advantage and disadvantage.
