Ellen Flanagan

Ellen Flanagan joined the ESRI in September 2022 and works in the Social Research Division with the Health Team. She holds a BSc in Human Nutrition from University College Dublin and a master’s in Health policy, Planning and Financing from London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her masters research examined the cost-effectiveness of pharmaceutical interventions for antimicrobial resistant pathogens in the hospital setting. She has two years’ experience working for healthcare clients in the professional services sector. Her work at ESRI will focus on healthcare reform in Ireland.
