Maria Lee
Research Assistant
Maria joined the ESRI’s Behavioural Research Unit (BRU) as a Research Assistant in September 2024. She holds an MSc in Global Mental Health and Society from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin.
Maria previously worked as an intern with the BRU, and as a research assistant studying youth participation in health research at the Trinity Centre for Global Health. Her MSc dissertation examined household-level risk factors for premature mortality in rural South Africa, as part of the INTERRUPT_VIOLENCE cohort study.
