This research, funded by the EPA, found that people do not yet understand how what they choose to eat affects climate change. Just 1-in-25 adults mentioned their diet when asked what matters most for their climate footprint. Any references to food were more likely to be about where it came from or how it was packaged than whether meals contain foods linked to high emissions, such as red meat.
This study, funded by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, indicates that there is far more problem gambling in Ireland than previously believed. The best estimate from the study is that 1-in-30 adults in Ireland suffers from problem gambling – ten times higher than a previous measure from 2019.Publication list
