A Comparative Time Series Analysis of Overeducation in Europe: Is there a common policy approach?

This paper uses a time series approach to examine the extent to which youth and adult overeducation move together within countries and the degree to which there exist long-run relationships in the rates of overeducation between countries; with the latter perhaps driven by similar macroeconomic structural effects or common approaches to educational policy and provision.
