Budget Perspectives 2004

The ESRI and the Foundation for Fiscal Studies are holding their Sixth Budget Perspectives Conference on Monday 6 October 2003, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m, at the Hilton Dublin Hotel, Charlemont Place, Dublin 2. The conference papers, "BUDGET PERSPECTIVES 2004", will be available at this half-day Conference.

The Conference will examine some of the key economic and public finance issues that need to be considered in framing the forthcoming Budget. There are five papers covering:

  • The broad macroeconomic environment;
