David Rottman

David Rottman was a Senior Research Officer in the ESRI from 1975 until 1992. He is a former director of the Court Statistics Project and is the lead staff for the joint NCSC (National Center for State Courts) /College of William and Mary School of Law Election Law Program. He is currently Principal Court Research Consultant at the National Center for State Courts, where he has worked since 1987.
