Joseph Cullen

Joseph Cullen was a Research Assistant in the ESRI from 2002 until 2004. In 2004, he joined DEPFA Bank plc (global public sector bank), which became part of Hypo Real Estate Group in 2008. As a Director and Group Global Economist, he works closely with business units, management and clients, providing regular analysis, forecasts and strategic commentary. He also heads up the Country Analysis Team, producing analysis and risk assessments for over 90 countries.
