Míde Griffin
Míde joined the ESRI in August 2020 as a Research Assistant in the Economic Analysis division. She holds a BA in Economics and German from Trinity College Dublin and a MSc in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford. Her MSc dissertation explored the impact of seasonality and pre-natal temperature variability on early childhood growth in Bangladesh.
Míde has previously worked as a research intern at the Institute. She also interned at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development in the Department for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs and at the European Commission where her work focused on social welfare and investment, as well as the social and economic impacts of climate change. Her research at the ESRI focuses on environment, health and communications.
