Richard O'Shea
Research Assistant
Richard O'Shea joined the ESRI in August 2024 as a research assistant in the Taxation, Welfare and Pensions department. He hold a BSc in Mathematics from University College Dublin and a Master's in Economics from The Barcelona School of Economics. His Master's thesis explored the effect of divorce legalisation on intra-household bargaining power and labour force outcomes in Chile. Prior to joining the ESRI, Richard worked at an EdTech startup.
