Integration and equality research programme
The ESRI is conducting a research programme on Integration and Equality. It was originally funded by the Department of Justice and Equality: since October 2020 funding has transferred to the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth. The programme is now in its fifth year. The aim of the research programme is to create, improve and enhance knowledge on migrant integration and equality in order to provide evidence for policy in these areas. The programme builds on a considerable body of research on migrant integration and equality issues by ESRI researchers.
